Privacy Policy

The short version. Building and printing a worksheet sends us nothing at all — the worksheet stays in your own browser. If you sign in, we store your email address and the worksheets you choose to save. We collect no student data, and there are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
1. If you only build and print
You need no account, and we receive nothing. The worksheet you are working on is kept in your own browser's local storage on your device, and any picture you add is kept in your browser's local image store. Neither is sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.
2. If you sign in
Signing in uses your Google account. Through our authentication provider we receive your email address and your display name, and we create an account for you. That is what lets us show you your own saved worksheets and nothing else — our database rules let an account read only its own rows.
3. If you save a worksheet
A saved worksheet — the document itself: the activities, the words you typed, and the layout — is stored in our database against your account, so you can open it on another device. If you publish a worksheet to the community library, it becomes visible to other teachers and can be copied by them. Do not publish anything you are not happy to share.
4. If you subscribe
Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. They handle your card and billing details; we never see or store them. What we receive is your subscription status, so we know whether your account is Pro.
5. What we never collect
- No student data. SchoolOpsPro is used by teachers to make material. We do not ask for, and do not want, the names or details of the children in your class.
- No advertising or analytics trackers — this site loads none.
- No card details — those never reach us.
6. Who else is involved
- Supabase — our database and sign-in, where your account and saved worksheets are stored.
- Google — sign-in, and the fonts this site loads.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, as merchant of record.
- Openverse, Pexels and Pixabay — the image search. Our own server makes those requests, so your browser never contacts them directly.
7. Keeping it safe
Everything travels over HTTPS. Access to stored data is enforced by row-level rules in the database, so a signed-in account can only reach its own worksheets.
8. Your rights
You can export a worksheet at any time from the builder — there is an Export/Import control that saves the document to a file on your device. To delete your account and everything saved in it, or to ask for a copy of what we hold, write to the address below and we will do it. You can also ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
9. Children
SchoolOpsPro is a tool for teachers and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not provide student accounts.
10. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above. Significant changes will be pointed out on the site rather than made quietly.
