1. What SchoolOpsPro is

SchoolOpsPro is an online worksheet builder for teachers. You choose activity types, fill them with your own content, and print the result on A4, A5, A3 or Letter paper. It is operated from Vietnam by the SchoolOpsPro project.

2. The free plan

You can use the builder and print worksheets without paying and without an account. The free plan includes every activity type except three production tools (Marking Sheet, Cut-out sheet and Flashcards), unlimited printing, and the answer key. Nothing on a child's sheet is held back.

3. Pro

Pro is US$5 per month, or US$60 per year — a year is twelve months plus two months free, so fourteen months of Pro for the price of twelve. It starts with a two-week free trial: we ask for your card at checkout, nothing is charged during the trial, and the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. After that it renews automatically until you cancel. It adds: saving worksheets to your account, your library, PDF export, pictures, publishing to the community library, and the three production tools. 4. Your worksheets

• You own what you make. We claim no rights over the worksheets you create.
• Anything you publish to the community library can be seen and used by other teachers. Only publish material you have the right to share.
• Your content is your responsibility — including any picture you upload or fetch. Do not upload material you do not have permission to use.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details; a card is held by them so the plan can start when the free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly, or yearly — and you can cancel at any time without a fee; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds: ask within 14 days of a payment and it is refunded in full — the minimum EU and UK law requires, given to every customer wherever they are. 6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell it as your own; and do not use it to create or share unlawful material. We may suspend an account that does any of these.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and to fix faults, but it is provided “as is” without a warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may add, change or withdraw features — including activity types — and we will not remove a feature you are paying for without telling you first.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change we will update the date above. Continuing to use SchoolOpsPro after a change means you accept the new terms; if the change is significant we will say so on the site.
